Head Bolt Buddy

Head Bolt Buddy for storing head bolts while servicing an engine. Head Bolts are some of the most important bolts inside an engine. Keeping these bolts rust free while removed from an engine can be a hassle at times. The Head Bolt Buddy not only organizes the head bolts, but also keeps them submerged in oil. 
3 inserts are included. The two flat inserts work for v6 heads that use 8 bolts per cylinder head. The other insert is for 4 cylinder engines that utilize 10 head bolts. The lower area on the 4 cylinder works great for keeping timing chains, tensioners, cam holders and other engine components submerged in oil. 
The Head Bolt Buddy is designed to hold around 0.6 qt of oil. 

MADE TO ORDER 

This tool is made to order and needs a minimum of 5 days to cure. This tool will ship 1-2 weeks after order date. 

To clean the Bolt Buddy after use we recommend spraying a small amount of brake clean on a rag, and then using the rag to clean oil residue from the container and inserts. Prolonged exposure to oil may discolor the Bolt Buddy. It is recommend to empty and clean the Bolt Buddy after every use to prevent discoloration.
